Commando Joe

In Commando Joe, Unicorn Class have been developing their teamwork skills. We reminded ourselves that “Teamwork makes the dream work” and that we need to use our communication skills to work together.

The children were set the mission of finding a way across the crocodile infested river! They were asked to work in a team. Well they took the teamwork seriously and instead of working in three teams as originally planned, decided upon themselves to work as one big team! They built a bridge together, considering how to move objects safely, and then independently lined up to cross the river. Once crossed the children found there mats and cheered for their peers.

Unicorn Class really do make a great team!
